Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

I received a faulty item in my order. What should I do?

Do you offer international shipping?
We ship to USA and Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Standard shipping within the U.S.A. and Europe typically takes 3-4 business days.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the link provided in the email.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. You must return your items in the same condition you received them—unworn and undamaged. To protect the soles when trying on the shoes we kindly advise standing on a carpeted surface.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please contact customerservice@odissi-studio.com if you have not created an account, or request the return in My Account section and follow the provided instructions.
Will I be charged for return shipping?
Returns shipping is free on all orders.
How do I exchange an item?
Please note that exchange services are not offered. If you wish to exchange your purchase, please return the item for a refund and place a new order. Please note that in this case customers are also responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.

Are your shoes true to size?
Most of our shoes are true to size. Detailed sizing information is provided on the product page.

We use high-quality materials, including LWG certified-leather, suede, and eco-friendly synthetics. Specific materials are listed on each product page.

How can I know heel height of your shoes?
We added the heel height and platform height (when available) of our shoes on all product pages, in the section “Details”. Please note that heel height has been indicated on the reference of a 37 size shoe.
